Let’s build in Ingleside!

Habitat for Humanity Cornwall & The Counties is excited to build an affordable home in Ingleside.

This home is actually the third home that we have under construction in 2024.

Our new Partner Family – the Jimenez Family – are excited to purchase their affordable home later this year.

Mom and Dad, Fiona and Jesus, along with their 4 children are excited for the opportunity to purchase their new, safe, affordable Habitat for Humanity Home. They moved to this area in search of a better, safer, healthier environment for their children several years ago. The family was separate for several months as Fiona searched for affordable housing. Eventually, she was able to find housing, but it was far from affordable or appropriately sized for their family.

In Fiona’s words, “when you have tremendous financial strains, it’s hard to see anything past your next pay cheque. The best part of this journey is having the opportunity to be an inspiration to families who look like us.”
